This auction is for a Sundome 548V. This 2004 model tanning booth is used but in great working condition with only 323 hours on it! The bulbs have an estimated life of 800-1000 hours, so there is plenty of life left in them. The only defects I see is that a little bit of paint has chipped from the door handles and the grab bars which you can see from the pictures and there is some minor surface rust on the bottom brackets. Other than that you are getting a great booth for a super price. A new one of these will run you about $8600 or more! Just do a search on the net for “price on Sundome 548V”.
This booth would be a great addition to a hair salon, a health club, or a tanning salon. If you are looking for a high quality commercial booth for your business or for just your own private use, then don’t pass up this opportunity!
It features 48 x 160 watt Wolff system lamps. This booth’s space saving stand-up configuration puts you in the center of tanning intensity. The staggered lamp design reaches 7 feet so it is guaranteed to accommodate the tallest of tanners. The results are a nice even deep tan through 10-minute no contact tanning sessions.
The two double doors open for easy access and it has two internal stereo speakers that can be hooked up to a receiver to entertain the user while tanning. The panels easily remove for easy access to electrical components. It has a digital timer with an integrated hour meter and it is compatible with a wireless T-Max remote control system (T-Max not included in auction).
The cooling system features a large overhead fan that draw cool air from bottom vents to top of the unit to keep the user comfortable while tanning. If desired, the top shroud is designed to accept exhaust system duct work.
It must be hard wired directly to junction box and requires a 220 Volt dedicated circuit with a 60 amp breaker. If the voltage is more than 230 Volts, you will need to use a 1.5 KVA buck booster to reduce the voltage. This is included in the auction which is a $279 value! All this wiring may sound complicated, but don’t worry its not. I can show you exactly how I did it and what you need to do it yourself.
I will accept a $200 downpayment through Paypal but the balance must be in cash or money order/cashiers check upon pickup. If you experience any problems during the transaction, lets communicate to resolve things before you consider leaving negative feedback. I value an honest transaction and a positive eBay experience.
Sorry I cannot ship this booth. It must be picked up. It is possible to be moved assembled but it is extremely heavy! You will need several strong guys if you plan to do this. I recommend disassembling the unit for easier transit. I have a copy of the user manual you can have which shows detailed instructions on how to assemble the unit including other good tid-bits on general operation and maintenance. I also have a wiring diagram if you ever need it. Currently I have it setting on a wooden platform that I built with heavy duty casters so I can roll it out of the way if I need to. You can have this as part of the auction if you want. I will even throw in a strip of 22 Wink-ease eye protectors.
If you need to know dimensions and such, you can easily get these details by doing a web search on Sundome 548V. Otherwise, If you have any questions, just ask! Thanks for taking the time to read my ad and good luck! |
