THIS IS HOT WAX (also referred to as Hard, Pot or Brazilian Wax)
This type of wax is popular in Europe and the Americas - it is a salon product and as such will not come with instructions....as with ALL waxes...it should be used with the utmost caution. You use this wax without any special waxing strips for removal.......
The wax should be heated to the correct temperature for application (we recommend this is done in a proper heater)
After testing - it is applied to the area to be treated with a spatula (thicker application than with other professional waxes
The wax is then allowed to SOLIDIFY but NOT go cold - it must be removed in one piece, quickly (against the direction of the hair growth) thus WITHOUT the need for any waxing strips.
IMPORTANT : Ensure that you use an effective preparatory cleanser to disinfect the area of skin before treatment AND that you use an effective after wax lotion to ensure that you do not cause spots, infection, ingrown hairs etc and of course to cool the skin..........PLEASE DO NOT RELY ON SOAP AND WATER BEFORE & NEVER USE BABY CREAMS, LOTIONS OR OILS AFTER TREATMENT...you are liable to really regret it..... I do not recommend using this wax on the face but it is - EXCELLENT and reknowned for it's use on the BIKIN LINE & underarm areas in particular.
You will find "cheap & cheerful" inferior products on eBay - but you won't buy better than this

We are happy to package items together to reduce your total postage costs - destination & combined weight permitting of course. General Information & Auction Policy
Before entering into a contract to purchase it is a customer’s responsibility to ensure they read the listing detail & agree with the terms of sale. Customers should also satisfy themselves that their item of choice is suitable for their intended purpose & they really want it, as we don’t offer a ‘Home Trial or Approval’ service given the nature of the products which we sell.
We do not 'cancel' purchases under any circumstances and will automatically commence the eBay UPI process if payment is not received within 7 days. If there is some problem - please ensure that you communicate with us as we are human too, not a huge heartless corporation.
We only list current stock which awaits dispatch to the relevant buyer, upon clearance of payment.
All items come from a smoke & pet free environment in the case of all our beauty products, they are stored strictly in accordance with the manufacturers’ instructions which is imperative to prevent product deterioration or spoiling.

Accepted Methods of Payment
Winners receive an 'End of Auction' email from eBay. Simply click on the payment link & follow eBay instructions - even if you wish to make payment by post as eBay will automatically provide you with all the details you need & even advise us that you will be sending your payment that way.
PAYPAL - in GBP £ Sterling (remember this is the ONLY method of payment acceptable from NON UK buyers)
· If you pay using Paypal then we only post to the address provided by Paypal.
· Should Paypal notify us that your account is not yet verified or your address is an *unconfirmed address then dispatch may be delayed until we perform our own security checks to ensure the payment is from a valid source.
· We reserve the right to refuse to send items to *unconfirmed addresses, especially PO Boxes outside the UK
· We don't insult customers by refusing to accept PAYPAL E/CHEQUES if that is their payment of choice, however NOTE that they will TAKE 10-14 days to clear PayPal's banking system - obviously items are not dispatched until payment has been sent to our account.

How we Process & Dispatch Goods
Once payment is cleared & your item has been prepared for dispatch, you will receive an email from us, via eBay messaging which will confirm the date of dispatch & your unique Royal Mail tracking reference. Please retain this notification until your package arrives safely, as it provides you with comprehensive advice on what to do & when to do it, should there be any problems or queries after dispatch. Please wait at least 7 working days before contacting us to report non-receipt - however you should always use your tracking information to ensure that a delivery has not already been attempted because Royal Mail only hold items for 7 days before RTS procedure is commenced.
Purchases are dispatched within 3 days of receipt of *cleared payment
However we aim to dispatch well within 48 hours, unless of course this falls on a Friday or Bank / Public Holiday.
Delayed Delivery / Lost in Transit / Returned to Sender
If you need an item urgently or within 3 working days of our receipt of your *cleared payment, then you are strongly advised to chose / request the rates for Special Delivery/Parcel Force 24/48 (Airsure for International bidders) which GUARANTEE to deliver within a set time frame - if they don’t perform you are entitled to compensation from Royal Mail.
Recorded Delivery whether 1st or 2nd Class, is NOT a time guaranteed delivery service. It provides tracked, signed for delivery with very basic capped insurance cover. Royal Mail advises that mail deliveries shouldn’t but can take up to 10 working days (21 working days Rest of World). Royal Mail’s definition of a ‘working day’ is Mon-Friday not weekends. We are not responsible for Royal Mail delivery times or targets, nor any delays experienced local or worldwide, which are entirely out of our control which can include - industrial action/service provision/public holidays/transport or weather problems/customs delays etc As your item must be signed for - we send you its tracking reference to enable you to check if it is being held by the local sorting depot awaiting your instructions – just in case you were out and were not left the obligatory contact card.
Items Returned to Sender because the addressee didn't make a quick telephone call to Royal Mail to re-arrange delivery on a suitable day or failed to collect it within 7 days from the attempted delivery, are resolved by refunding the item purchase price (via Paypal) upon receipt of the RTS package.
Any item determined Lost in Transit will be replaced / refunded in full without quibble - once 10 working days have passed & Royal Mail confirm that delivery has neither taken place nor been attempted at least once. We don’t expect our customers to pursue Royal Mail & wait 6+ weeks for a payment from Royal Mail equivalent only to the market value of their purchase. Few sellers will provide you with this guarantee for your peace of mind - most will tell you in no uncertain terms that it is simply not their responsibility.
Returns Policy
We don’t offer a ‘Home Trial or Approval’ service given hygiene regulations governing most of the products which we sell. However, this policy does not interfere with your statutory rights. The return of unwanted goods will only be accepted if returned to us within 7 days of receipt & provided we receive them back in exactly the same condition as supplied i.e. unopened/untested, complete with all factory seals etc & packaging intact. Refunds will be made via Paypal upon receipt/satisfactory inspection of returned goods - we will refund the item’s purchase price, pp&h costs are not refundable. Should you wish or need to return an item, please email (remembering to include your eBay ID, item number, reason for return & date of purchase) requesting a Returns Form & Reference. Instructions for return will be provided for you but please note that buyers are responsible for return postage costs in all but exceptional circumstances.
