Accompanied by the right applicators to give you just the look you're looking for. Apply shadow to lid and crease, or all over lids. Blend to desired intensity, using the eye shadow applicator. Apply powder eye liner close to lashes with tapered liner applicator. Create a defined line or smudged line, as desired. If the powder liner is used as a contour shade, use the shadow applicator to apply. Do not use water. (Clean applicators frequently for smoothest application and coverage.)  This is a Full-Size Refill!!
